An indigenous company, fully established.
Land Designs Limited is an indigenous company which was registered under the Company and Allied Matters Decree as a business name in 2005 and later fully incorporated as a limited liability company in 2008.

Every discipline, under one roof.
It is a company that was established to undertake and transact all kinds of building, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works among others.
Its formation is in conformation to the yearning for qualitative, speedy and functional Architectural, Engineering and Civil works to fulfil the client's requirements in coping with the rapid growth in the volume and complexities of the construction industries.

The company is committed to Architectural and Engineering excellence and utilizes the services of its highly qualified and experienced management staff, together with its competent key technical personnel and equipment to meet the client's requirements and the challenges that arise out of tight budget situations, while ensuring good and top quality workmanship.
To further strengthen its base and broaden its scope, the company has carefully skimmed a working arrangement with their practices and specialized bodies in the country. This is to facilitate the exchange of data and new construction skills and equipment.

Principal Architect & CEO
Architect Samaila C. Shawulu is a seasoned fully registered Architect who has done several jobs across the country — both designs, constructions, project management and consultancy — with reputable organizations of renowned standards.
He also holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering Management from the University of East London (2024), and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health certificates in Laboratory Design (Health & Safety Considerations) and Building Design & Engineering Approaches to Airborne Infection Control.
He graduated from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University where he obtained both his B.Tech and M.Tech degrees in Architecture in the year 2004, and served his country in Kogi State, Ankpa LGA in 2004–2005.
